Levelociti is a 100% remote recruiting firm seeking a Business Operations Coordinator. This entry-level role offers exposure to how a growing company operates while working fully remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

You’ll collaborate with the Operations lead and founders, gaining hands-on experience across employee operations, internal systems, finance administration, technology, vendors and business processes. The position is designed to grow into greater responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity for recent grads or early-career professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or related field preferred.
• Strong comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Manage internal systems, user accounts, and tech
• Handle equipment orders, tracking, and inventory
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, IT, and vendors
• Assist with client agreements and internal admin processes
• Troubleshoot operational/tech issues and liaise with support
• Maintain and improve SOPs and internal processes
• Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and payments
• Support payroll and commissions reconciliation
• Analyze financial data and track business activity
• Cross-train across operations functions
• Take ownership of recurring tasks and grow into more responsibilities
• Support new projects as the company grows
