Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience owning a book of clients in fintech/retirement is required.
• Able to turn high-touch client work into repeatable, scalable programs.
• Ability to leverage AI, automation, and tooling to scale impact without increasing headcount.
• Working knowledge of 401(k) administration or ability to ramp quickly.
• Track record of driving engagement, adoption, and retention across a client book.
• Comfort running executive quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the ongoing client relationship after launch as trusted advisor to administrators and participants.
• Design and help build programmatic systems, automation, and AI-powered tooling to scale customer success to many clients without scaling headcount.
• Run quarterly business reviews and drive engagement programs to lift participation and keep plans healthy.
• Deliver continued education to administrators and employees as new features roll out.
• Turn client feedback into prioritized signal for product and iterate on admin/participant experience.
• Assist the support team on escalations and help build scalable systems.
