Indagare Travel Inc is seeking a Temporary Operations Associate to lead the Finance x Operations initiative and support cross-functional projects with Finance and other departments. This role reports to the Senior Director of Operations and offers a pathway to a permanent FT role based on performance.

The position emphasizes project management, stakeholder communication, and process improvements across AR/collections, expenses, and vendor payments.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of relevant work experience in operations, project management, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with financial processes (AR/collections, expense management, vendor/contractor payments).
• Experience with Salesforce or NetSuite is aPlus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Finance x Operations project work under Senior Director of Operations.
• Refine and roll out a process for tracking vendor and contractor expenses.
• Document processes and train stakeholders on new workflow.
• Clean up AR and collections end-to-end and define write-off policy.
• Launch a streamlined SOP architecture and documentation system.
• Review expense report process and identify refinements to improve accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate Salesforce/NetSuite integration fix from initiation to completion.
• Ensure timely meeting notes and action items across all workstreams.
