Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or healthcare-related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative workflow of new patient referrals and schedule reminders.
• Field calls, route requests to providers, and coordinate scheduling changes.
• Provide frontline helpdesk support and triage issues for operations.
• Maintain accurate schedules, update systems, and inform providers of changes.
• Assist with billing tasks and route issues to billing team.
• Maintain data accuracy across EMRs and internal tools; escalate gaps.
