OJ Digital is a fast-growing legal tech startup seeking a proactive Business Operations Associate. This remote role reports to the Head of Operations and blends day-to-day operational delivery with process improvement, automation, and AI-driven workflows.

The role involves taking ownership of key business processes, building scalable systems, and delivering tangible impact as the company grows. Early-career operatives will gain mentorship and rapid progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in business operations or related roles.
• Strong process-improvement and automation experience.
• Analytical approach to problem solving and system design.
• Comfort with new technologies and AI/automation platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational workflows including case intake, reviews, quality assurance and client communications.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
• Develop and optimise automated workflows using technology and AI tools including LLMs.
• Support client outreach, marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Monitor operations performance, ensure accuracy and drive scalable systems with growth.
• Collaborate with Head of Operations to build scalable processes and ownership.
• Lead projects from problem discovery to implemented solutions.
