Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support California Operations through data analytics, project management, contract administration, and compliance initiatives. You will partner with operational leadership to identify business needs, analyze performance trends, and implement solutions that increase efficiency and strengthen our long-term success.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, analytics, or project management.
• Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational projects from planning to completion.
• Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and metrics.
• Assess requirements, risks, resources, and dependencies.
• Analyze performance and recommend improvements.
• Present status updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Develop operational dashboards and scorecards.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting for strategic decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting methodologies.
• Support contract administration and compliance tasks.
• Assist with RFP development and proposals.
• Support state operations leadership with audits and projects.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Quality, Leadership.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
