Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Business Operations Analyst in California (Remote/Hybrid) to support state operations through data analytics, contract administration, and strategic operational support. You will partner with leadership to identify business needs, evaluate risks, and deliver actionable recommendations for improved efficiency.

The role requires strong analytics, project management, and Excel skills, with the ability to work independently across multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, analytics, or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational projects from planning through implementation and completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Evaluate requirements, risks, resources, and dependencies; recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze performance data and propose operational improvements and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present project status updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership with actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting to support operational, financial, and strategic decisions.
• Evaluate data integrity and reporting methodologies; suggest improvements.
• Support contract administration processes including tracking deliverables and renewals.
• Assist with RFP development, proposal coordination, and contract reviews.
• Support state operations leadership with compliance initiatives and audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Quality, and Leadership teams.
