Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in California to support operations across multiple departments. This full-time role focuses on project management, data analytics, contract administration, and compliance initiatives, with the role requiring independent work and strong judgment.

You will partner with leadership to identify business needs, analyze performance trends, build dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business operations, analytics, project management, or operational support functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational projects and strategic initiatives from planning through implementation and completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
• Evaluate project requirements, risks, resource needs, and dependencies and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Analyze project performance and provide recommendations regarding operational improvements and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present project status updates, analyses, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Analyze operational, contractual, and business performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership with actionable recommendations based on data analysis and business intelligence findings.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis to support operational, financial, and strategic decisions.
