Job summary

AllCloud is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to drive Run-Grow-Transform managed services, engaging with clients to gather requirements and explain complex concepts. You will lead engagement teams through implementations, integrations, and custom development projects, delivering Salesforce solutions and best practices to ensure lifetime client success.

Responsibilities span project management, analysis, and technical work, leveraging Jira and Copado for governance and enabling seamless data

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Configuration.
• 2+ years of platform- or solution-architecture experience at a medium/large org.
• 2+ years of Marketing Cloud experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce platforms and data migration.
• Familiar with Apex & Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations.
• Experience in Agile methodologies with backlog management and user stories.
• Proficiency with Jira and deployment governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactive technical debt management to monitor system performance.
• Governance & operational tooling with Jira and Copado.
• Managing integration complexity and bidirectional sync integrity.
• Relationship management as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Facilitate business process review workshops and analyze requirements.
• Document user stories with acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints.
• Create project deliverables: BRs, solution design, specs, findings.
• Manage feedback loop for completed user stories through Build.
• Configure Salesforce using declarative functionality and framework.
• Lead Force.com development and integrations with other apps.
• Migrate data from legacy systems using Salesforce tools.
• Manage and lead User Acceptance Testing strategy and execution.
• Develop and deliver end-user training curriculum.
