Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst for a 100% remote, 8-month contract focused on B2B customer analytics and insights.

You will consolidate data from CRM/ERP sources, build Tableau dashboards, and employ AI tools to automate reporting for executive stakeholders.

Bachelor's in a quantitative field and 3+ years of experience required; experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Clarizen preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years in data analysis and BI reporting.
• Experience with data consolidation / single source of truth initiatives.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS (as listed).

Responsibilities

• Data consolidation from multiple sources into a centralized data repository.
• Design data mappings and transformations to standardize metrics.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and automated reports for stakeholders.
• Define KPIs with leadership and monitor business health and trends.
• Profile and cleanse data to ensure integrity from backend systems to reports.
