Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years industry related work experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills including MS Office and Adobe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment while delivering customer service.
• Experience in equipment finance industry and InfoLease preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledger entries and perform validations/reconciliations of transactions.
• Communicate to resolve reconciling items with all parties.
• Manage passthrough payments to investors/business partners and settlement preparations.
• Serve as liaison for internal/external regulatory exams and provide required information.
• Adhere to internal controls and escalate when higher authority is needed.
• Act as change ambassador in Operations projects to improve team performance.
