Job summary

Huntington Commercial Bank is seeking a detail-oriented reconciliation specialist to coordinate daily clarification of ledger items and resolve processing questions. You will collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy of transactions and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years industry related work experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills including MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and Adobe.
• Demonstrated analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven fast paced environment while delivering superior customer service.
• Ability to make sound, responsible decisions in a timely manner.
• Previous experience in equipment finance industry or InfoLease is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and resolve reconciliation questions and issues daily.
• Prepare general ledger entries and perform account validations of transactions.
• Manage passthrough payments and assist with billing subsidies as needed.
• Liaise with internal/external parties and regulatory exams as required.
• Uphold internal controls and contribute to operations improvement.
