Job summary

Bizowie is seeking a full-time Technical Business Analyst for our Bizowie Cloud ERP platform, based remotely in the United States. The role emphasizes understanding customer needs, translating requirements into product specs, and ensuring quality testing before deployment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in analytical roles, strong English communication, and comfort with web applications. Experience with accounting concepts and manufacturing/distribution is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an analytical role.
• Self-starter with ability to learn complex products and processes.

• Highly technically adept, experienced with web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Bizowie Cloud ERP product and customers' needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by completing complex project work.
• Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests.
• Stay current on new system releases and functionality.
• Create product specifications serving as blueprint for development team.
• Design, document and execute test plans to ensure thorough testing before deployment.
• Document customer-facing materials for new features and functionality.
• Demonstrate ability to collect and execute on complex business requirements for ERP implementation.
