Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing seeks an experienced Epicor Operations Analyst to support and optimize Epicor ERP across multiple business units in the United States. This full-time, remote role requires travel to company facilities for hands-on support, training, and deployment activities, with heavier travel during initial rollout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Epicor ERP experience.
• Experience with Epicor 10 and/or Kinetic environments.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and operational processes.
• Experience in on-premises and cloud Epicor environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Epicor ERP users across multiple business units.
• Serve as a functional and operational resource for Epicor 10 and Kinetic ERP environments.
• Support business processes related to Production Management Inventory Management Supply Chain Management Purchasing Scheduling Manufacturing Operations.
• Assist with Epicor upgrades, implementations, and business unit onboarding initiatives.
• Support both on-premises and cloud-based Epicor environments.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and deliver end-user training programs and documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and functional team members to improve system performance and user adoption.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities for new functionality and enhancements.
• Support MRP planning processes and MES-related activities.
• Work closely with operations, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure ERP alignment with business objectives.
• Travel to business locations as needed to provide onsite support, training, and implementation assistance.
