Tremendous is hiring an Operations Analyst to join the small but mighty operations team. You will shape day-to-day compliance operations and have autonomy to drive impact at the intersection of security, user experience, and risk management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to experiment with them for productivity.
• Clear communication and genuine collaboration across teams.

• At least 2 years in an operational, compliance, or related role.

• Review account activity and make informed decisions using AI-assisted analysis.
• Investigate payment approval requests and flag anomalies using pattern recognition tools.
