Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to experiment to boost productivity.
• Clear communication and collaboration across teams.
• Comfort with multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership mindset and curiosity to improve outcomes.
• At least 2 years in operational, compliance, or related roles; fintech/startup experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review activity and decide on approvals using AI-assisted analysis.
• Identify anomalies and fraud patterns; apply regulatory requirements.
• Suggest process improvements and document learnings for the team.
• Balance compliance with user experience using AI to analyze data at scale.
