Premera Blue Cross seeks an Internal Consultant II to drive work transfer readiness and transition planning across Premera Operations, the PMT, and vendor partners. You will coordinate governance, document management, and risk mitigation to ensure smooth transitions and operational stability.

Key duties include developing SOPs, process maps, and knowledge materials, while partnering with leaders to address issues and drive improvements in delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in business operations, project coordination, operational readiness, process improvement, consulting, program support, or analytical business functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining business process documentation.

Responsabilités

• Operational Readiness & Transition Support: coordinate work transfer and transition activities.
• Support readiness assessments related to training, documentation, and controls.
• Monitor transition deliverables and provide status updates and execution support.
• Support post-transition stabilization and lessons learned documentation.
