Premera Blue Cross is seeking an internal consultant II to support work transfer readiness, transition planning, governance activities, and operational change initiatives across Operations, the PMT, and vendor partners. The role focuses on coordinating readiness, maintaining governance docs, and engaging stakeholders for successful implementations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining business process documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate work transfer and transition activities between Premera Operations, PMT, and vendor partners.
• Support readiness assessments related to training, documentation, and operational controls.
• Monitor transition deliverables and provide readiness reporting and implementation support.
• Support post-transition stabilization and lessons learned documentation.
