Job summary

Premera Blue Cross is hiring for a Work Transfer & Operational Readiness Internal Consultant II. This remote role supports work transfer readiness, governance, and operational change across Premera Operations and vendor partners.

You will coordinate transition plans, maintain governance docs, and provide readiness reporting while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in business operations, project coordination, operational readiness, process improvement, consulting, program support, or analytical business functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining business process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support work transfer readiness, transition planning, governance activities, and operational change initiatives across Premera Operations, PMT, and vendor partners.
• Coordinate readiness reviews, transition checkpoints, and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop reports, summaries, readiness dashboards, and presentations for leadership and project teams.
• Identify, track, and communicate transition risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
