Job summary

The Channel Company is seeking an Operational Marketing Manager to support Intel and AWS within a joint accelerator program. You will drive project management, process improvements, and data collection, partnering with internal teams and external partners to support PoP reviews and lead tagging.

You will own tracking in CRM, ensure MDF compliance, review funding requests, and manage approvals and reimbursements, while maintaining accurate spend records and timely claims.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing.
• 3+ years in project management or client success.
• Background in B2B marketing or Alliance Marketing (optional).
• Strong collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Clear and effective communicator.
• Experience with channel programs, MDF, incentives, or compliance initiatives.
• Strong operational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with vendor-funded marketing programs preferred.
• Comfort with CRM reporting and data accuracy.
• Experience using PowerBI or similar tools.
• Attention to detail and audit readiness.
• Self-starter with proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tracking and reporting for client opportunities in CRM.
• Ensure MDF activities comply with program requirements and deadlines.
• Review funding requests and coordinate MDF portal activity creation.
• Manage approval workflows for budgets and timelines.
• Collect and validate Partner PoP throughout execution.
• Assist with PoP claims submission and reimbursement tracking.
• Monitor MDF spend, ROI, and timely claims submission.
