Job summary

The Channel Company is seeking an experienced Operational Marketing Manager to support Intel and AWS as part of a joint accelerator program. This role focuses on project management, process improvements, reporting, and partner collaboration to drive PoP reviews and activity tagging.

You will own end-to-end tracking in CRM, ensure MDF activities meet program requirements, coordinate approvals, and analyze spend and ROI to deliver timely reimbursements and measurable results in a fully remote

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• 3+ years in project management or client success.
• Experience with B2B marketing or Alliance Marketing (optional).
• Strong cross-team collaboration and communication.
• Detail-oriented with process improvement mindset.
• Familiarity with channel funding (MDF) and ROI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tracking and reporting for opportunities in CRM.
• Ensure MDF activities comply with program requirements.
• Review funding and activity requests for MDF alignment.
• Coordinate approvals for budgets and timelines.
• Collect and validate Proof of Performance from partners.
• Support partner claim submissions and reimbursements.
• Track MDF spend, ROI, and timely claim submissions.
• Maintain accurate spend and payment records.
