You will coordinate across Finance, Legal, and Sales to align objectives and ensure feasible, well-executed program designs. The role requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, plus experience in forecasting and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial analysis capabilities with ROI and budgeting experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain financial models for incentive programs.
• Experience forecasting, planning, and P&L mechanics in channel or revenue ops.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration across Finance, Legal, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data integrity, modeling, and forecasting for channel sales incentive programs and ROI.
• Validate program viability and feasibility within current systems and processes before deployment.
• Lead system enhancements and process updates to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Collaborate across Finance, Legal, and Sales to align objectives and drive program goals.
• Navigate cross-functional approvals on tight timelines and ensure on-schedule deployments.
