Job summary

Qellus, LLC is seeking an OpenText ECM consultant for engineering with a focus on ECN/FCN processes. This remote, contract role requires deep OpenText expertise and the ability to design, configure, and manage an ECM platform tailored to engineering workflows.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across engineering teams, support implementation, and liaise with OpenText support. Availability between 9am–5pm EST on US working days and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years with OpenText ECM including Content Server and Extended ECM; xECM for Engineering v22+.
• 3+ years in engineering document management or asset lifecycle processes.
• Expertise in OpenText Content Server architecture, repository configuration, and workflow design.
• Proficiency with Web Reports for custom development and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement OpenText Extended ECM for Engineering solutions.
• Design and configure stateful workflows to automate reviews and approvals.
• Provide technical leadership on repository setup, metadata, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams via secure file-sharing tools.
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements; develop documentation and training.
