Job summary

Princeton IT Services, Inc is looking for an experienced OpenText ECM Consultant to support records management and content management integrations. The consultant will enhance ECM functionality and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support enterprise records management initiatives.

This long-term contract position requires technical expertise with OpenText products and a strong ability to engage with business users and IT teams. Ideal candidates should also be able to provide onsite support as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with OpenText ECM products, including OpenText Content Server 10 & CS 23.1.
• Experience with Visual C#, OScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Web Services, and OpenText APIs.
• Experience supporting government agencies preferred.
• Ability to provide onsite support as required.

Job Overview

OpenText ECM Consultant

Location: New York City, NY

Duration: Long-Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced OpenText ECM Consultant to support records management, content management integrations, system administration, and ongoing operational support for OpenText Content Server environments. The consultant will work closely with business users, records administrators, and IT teams to enhance ECM functionality and support enterprise records management initiatives.

Records Management & ECM Support

• Enhance records management structures within OpenText Content Server.
• Define metadata and import structures for scanned records.
• Support records analysis, configuration, and implementation activities.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to IT staff.
• Recommend infrastructure improvements to support future growth.

Content Management Integrations

• Analyze and implement integrations with OpenText Content Server.
• Work with business and technology teams on integration design and deployment.
• Support troubleshooting and rollout activities.

Operational Support & Maintenance

• Provide technical support and administration for OpenText ECM applications.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and health checks.
• Support issue resolution, security reviews, and software updates.

Project Management

• Lead project activities, kickoff meetings, and status reviews.
• Conduct bi-weekly project meetings and provide status reports.
• Support strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives.

  • Enterprise Scan
  • OpenText Workflow
• Experience with Visual C#, OScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Web Services, and OpenText APIs.
• Experience with Oracle 19c.
• Experience supporting government agencies preferred.
• Ability to provide onsite support as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NYC/NYS agencies.
• Experience working with document scanning and records storage vendors.
• Familiarity with records management requirements in public sector environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
