Job summary

Qellus, LLC is seeking an xECM for SuccessFactors Consultant to design, implement, and optimize integrated content management solutions within HR processes. You will connect OpenText Extended ECM with SAP SuccessFactors, configure HR workflows, and align content with workforce data.

The role requires deep ECM and SAP SuccessFactors knowledge, strong integration skills, and experience guiding complex deployments in a consulting capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Expertise with OpenText Extended ECM and SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Experience integrating ECM with HR systems and using pre-built connectors or APIs.
• Strong understanding of HR data models and content lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between OpenText Extended ECM and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Configure ECM to support HR document management, records, archiving, and HR workflows.
• Optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning.
• Map metadata and ensure consistency between HR data and content repositories.
• Ensure GDPR, HIPAA, EEOC compliance through retention and security.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements from user feedback.
• Lead or support SAP Activate, Agile, or similar implementation methods.
• Conduct workshops and training for HR and IT stakeholders.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical audiences.
