Job summary

Qellus is seeking an OpenText ECM Engineer to design, configure, and manage an Extended ECM platform tailored for engineering workflows. You will collaborate with engineers across functions and act as the bridge to OpenText support, ensuring robust, scalable solutions.

The role is US Remote with availability 9am–5pm EST on US business days, and a 6-month contract. Strong expertise in OpenText, enterprise architecture, and security is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years with OpenText ECM solutions including Content Server and Extended ECM (xECM).
• 3+ years in engineering document management or asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience with authentication and SSO integrations (LDAP, AD, SAML).
• OpenText certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement OpenText Extended ECM for Engineering solutions to support document management, project execution, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Design and configure state-based workflows to automate reviews, approvals, and change management.
• Provide expertise on content repository setup, metadata, security, and scalability.
