Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a fully remote contract role to support Open Enrollment. You'll assist with Medicare, Marketplace, and Group policy questions, researching issues and providing accurate, empathetic service.

The role requires handling high-volume calls, navigating multiple systems, and delivering a positive customer experience. Work is open to residents of Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, or Utah during the enrollment period.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls in healthcare or insurance.
• Ability to research and resolve enrollment and benefits inquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and active listening.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting callers.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls during Open Enrollment
• Assist members, brokers, and internal employees with insurance-related inquiries
• Research and resolve enrollment, benefits, and policy-related issues
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
• Navigate multiple software applications simultaneously while assisting callers
• Learn and apply healthcare and insurance processes and procedures
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented customer service
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
