Stride is seeking an Enrollment Operations Specialist to join the team remotely in the United States during Open Enrollment. The role focuses on processing enrollment activity with high accuracy and handling sensitive consumer information.

Candidates with ACA enrollment experience and familiarity with Healthcare.gov are preferred, andZendesk experience is a plus. The position is seasonal, beginning October 12, 2026, through early 2027, with a 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm

Qualifikationen

• Experience handling enrollment processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Experience researching issues and determining next steps.
• Experience handling sensitive information and following confidentiality guidelines.
• Experience maintaining records and documenting actions in business systems.

Aufgaben

• Review and process consumer enrollment, termination, and cancellation requests.
• Identify and resolve enrollment errors and missing information.
• Contact consumers when additional information is required.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment activity in Zendesk or similar systems.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to management.
