TEKsystems is hiring a Medicare Enrollment Analyst I for a fully remote role limited to certain CA counties. You will support daily enrollment operations for Medicare D-SNP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive member experience.

Responsibilities include processing enrollment activities, updating demographics, resolving fallout queues, and coordinating with Sales and Customer Service to obtain missing information. This role offers remote work and exposure to CMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Health plan enrollment experience is required.
• Experience with CMS enrollment guidelines is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process Medicare and D-SNP enrollment activities accurately and timely
• Manage returned mail and member demographic updates
• Research and resolve enrollment fallout queues
• Ensure enrollment records remain compliant with CMS guidelines
• Partner with Sales to obtain missing application information
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve enrollment and eligibility questions
• Identify and escape system or quality issues to leadership
• Support a positive member experience through efficient enrollment processing
