Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Workplace Ambassador Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations both onsite and remotely, ensuring service consistency and effective collaboration among workplace, facilities, technology, life safety, and vendor teams.

The role reports to the Workplace Ambassador Program Manager and empowers supervisors to drive excellent workplace experiences, staff development, and compliant operations while leveraging metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations leadership experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience with hospitality orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace Ambassador operations across assigned locations, onsite and remotely.
• Partner with program, contract, and area managers to deliver initiatives, projects, and budgets.
• Ensure daily operations, employee engagement, and policy compliance are maintained.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and retain team members with hospitality focus.
• Mentor supervisors and site teams and provide day-to-day HR guidance.
• Address operational challenges and escalate significant concerns to leadership.
