Job summary

Compass Group USA in Boston is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to support the Conference Services team, exceed client expectations for all conference reservations, and assist with vendor coordination and seating management. You will monitor seating, greet new hires, and help with workstation moves, ensuring accurate name tags and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Provide welcoming guest services and support for conference events.
• Coordinate vendor services and monitor service requests.
• Manage seating, desk occupancy, and new hire tours.
• Assist with workstation moves and seating requests.

Responsibilities

• Work with Conference Services to exceed client expectations for all conference reservations and requests.
• Enter/Create/Monitor Service Request Tickets for Vendor Services.
• Monitor hoteling desks and office seating; ensure name tags and seating accuracy.
• Greet new hires and provide office tours; assist with seating needs.
• Monitor conference rooms, social hubs, and related spaces for readiness and cleanliness.
