Job summary

Forward Air Corporation seeks an entry‑level IT support specialist to provide onsite and remote assistance for hardware, software, and peripherals. You will deploy and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, and support printers and office tech. The role includes user onboarding, account handling, and basic network troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in IT support, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. CompTIA A+ is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

0–2 years IT support, technical, or customer service experience.
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and printers.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to learn new technologies and work independently.
CompTIA A+ certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
Deploy, configure, and replace laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Support printers, scanners, and other office technology.
Assist with user onboarding, equipment setup, and account-related requests.
Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
Deliver excellent customer service to end users.
