Job summary

Bohannan Huston is seeking a Level 1–2 Support Tech Analyst in Albuquerque, NM to deliver remote and onsite IT support for multiple clients within the EnvisionIT Solutions Group. You will troubleshoot desktops, MS 365, printers, basic networking, and more, while documenting tickets and assisting with deployments.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple requests in a dynamic, team-based environment. MSP background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support experience or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across desktop, Microsoft 365, network and server technologies.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and occasional onsite IT support to multiple clients.
• Troubleshoot workstations, printers, basic networking, and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Respond to inbound tickets and document, manage, and escalate as needed.
• Configure and deploy PCs; assist with user accounts and permissions.
• Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced Help Desk environment.
