Job summary

Bohannon Huston, Inc. is seeking a Level 1 or 2 Support Tech Analyst to join the EnvisionIT Solutions Group in Albuquerque, NM.

The role covers remote and occasional on-site support across multiple clients, tackling Windows desktop and server issues, 365 administration, and basic networking in a fast-paced Help Desk environment. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of IT support experience, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple requests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support experience or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting across desktop, network, and server basics
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced MSP environment

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and occasional onsite IT support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows client and server issues.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support.
• Document and manage tickets in the PSA system.
• Configure and deploy PCs and user accounts; escalate complex problems.
