Job summary

Bohannan Huston Inc. is seeking a Level 1 or 2 Support Tech Analyst to join the EnvisionIT Solutions Group in Albuquerque, NM. You will provide remote and occasional onsite IT support for multiple clients, handling tickets, configuring PCs, and assisting with Microsoft 365 and basic networking.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to manage several requests in a fast-paced MSP environment. Prior MSP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across desktop, network, and applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and occasional onsite IT support to multiple clients.
• Troubleshoot workstations, MS 365 apps, printers, and basic networks.
• Respond to tickets, document actions, and manage ticket lifecycle.
• Configure/deploy PCs and assist with user accounts and access issues.
• Escalate complex problems as needed.
