Job summary

Bohannan Huston Inc. is seeking a Level 1–2 Support Tech Analyst to join the EnvisionIT Solutions Group in our Albuquerque, NM office.

You will provide remote and occasional onsite IT support across multiple clients, handling workstations, Microsoft 365, printers, and basic networking issues in a fast-paced Help Desk environment. The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear technical communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, MS 365, network and server basics.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and occasional onsite IT support to multiple clients in a fast-paced Help Desk environment.
• Respond to inbound support requests and manage tickets; document and track issues.
• Configure and deploy PCs; assist with user accounts and access; escalate complex issues as needed.
