Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event operations, hospitality, conference management, or related environments preferred.
• Experience supporting professional events strongly preferred.
• Prior experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments required.

Responsibilities

• Execute day of event operations, including registration management, check-in, materials distribution, vendor coordination, and schedule oversight.
• Oversee run-of-show execution and ensure adherence to event timelines.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot registration systems, presentation materials, and basic event technology as needed.
• Conduct pre-event walkthroughs and post-event breakdown procedures.
• Maintain organized documentation of onsite decisions, changes, and issues.
• Serve as a visible, professional presence for client leadership, sponsors, speakers, and attendees.
• Respond quickly and respectfully to questions, concerns, or unexpected issues.
