eClinicalWorks is seeking a Software Training Specialist to train client practices using the eCW software. This role involves travel to sites, delivering both one-on-one coaching and classroom instruction to doctors and clinical staff, and developing workflow processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a background in healthcare IT training, and the ability to manage multiple sessions while documenting outcomes. Remote regional base or travel flexibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• 2–5 years in healthcare industry, preferably in training and implementation of Project Management or EMR systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel 50%–75% per month across all 50 US states.
• Remote regional base/time zone may be required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites and train end users (doctors and clinical staff) on eCW software and ancillary functionalities via one-on-one coaching and classroom instruction
• Develop Workflow processes
• Demonstrate the software to client practice, make suggestions and provide training
• Communicate/escalate issues to Project Managers to promptly and effectively address issues
• Prepare various reports such as Checklist & Expense Report
• Document all training sessions
• Other duties as assigned

Software Training Specialist

Candidates that have Billing, ER & pharmacy experience highly preferred.

This position is responsible for providing training to our client practices that are using eCW Software. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a great communicator and fond of traveling. • Must become an eCW Certified Professional at completion of initial training

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science (CS) or Information Systems (IS). Master's degree is preferred
• 2 - 5 years' experience in healthcare industry, preferably in training and implementation of Project Management or EMR systems
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to travel an average of 50% - 75% per month to anywhere in the 50 US states
• The candidate must be able to meet operational and logistical requirements associated with this role
• Remote - Regional home base Time zone needed at the time of hire

Compensation:

Salary Range - $60,000 - $70,000 USD

This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range above, exclusive of potential bonuses. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as professional background, skills, education, and experience.
