Job summary

Vistage Worldwide Inc. is seeking an Online Support Representative to join the IT Operations Team.

You will support multiple Vistage online platforms, including private membership portals, mobile apps, online events, and scheduling tools, assisting staff and members of the Vistage community. The role emphasizes exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving to ensure smooth user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical and service certifications are preferred.
• Must have 3–5 years of online support experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding user technical support and customer service for online platforms, including mobile apps.
• Respond promptly to questions via phone, email, online chats, and member website questions.
• Conduct research with other teams to resolve issues and provide answers.
• Deliver end-user support training to increase adoption of My Vistage and Chair App.
• Work after hours and remote as part of on-call rotation.
• Run remote screen share sessions and document issues.
• Create Salesforce Knowledge Base Articles and FAQs as needed.
• Log and close support cases using Salesforce efficiently.
• Escalate issues to other teams and route tickets accordingly.
• Assist internal helpdesk as needed, e.g., email configuration support.
