Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of online support experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills are required.
• Experience with online platforms and knowledge base articles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding user technical support and customer service for online platforms and apps.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and member site questions.
• Escalate issues to other teams when needed and document support tickets in Salesforce.
• Create documentation such as FAQs and knowledge base articles as needed.
• Work after hours remotely as part of an on-call support rotation.
