Job summary

PSI Services LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Online Assessments to coordinate remote proctoring operations for Onshore Clients. You will oversee Quality Assurance, Technical Support, and Test Security teams and serve as the first point of contact for escalated issues.

This role requires flexibility to align with US business hours, with occasional early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Strong leadership and program-management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remote or global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma required.
• Experience with online proctoring or testing environments preferred.
• HR environments experience desirable.
• Project management and multitasking experience desirable.
• Computer literacy with MS Office and Atlassian tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of QA, Technical Support, and Test Security teams.
• Lead staff involved in online proctoring with knowledge of customer systems.
• Work with managers to meet program goals.
• Train guides and monitor performance.
• Provide weekly/monthly queue performance reports.
• Provide training and coaching.
• Monitor calls and exam sessions for productivity and quality.
• Develop training programs and updates.
• Ensure fairness and policy compliance during issues.
• Coordinate team member vacations and scheduling.
