Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Training Manager in Mettawa to develop and deliver training for Oncology commercial field representatives. This role requires collaboration with global trainers and cross-functional teams to enhance training effectiveness and ensure adherence to compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, along with expertise in training design and excellent presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred.
• Training, Marketing or Sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Oncology Training for commercial field representatives.
• Design and enhance training curriculum to meet needs of Commercial organization.
• Manage vendors when developing training content.
