Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred.
• Training, Marketing or Sales experience in pharma/biotech preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Oncology disease and Gynecologic oncology areas preferred.
• Experience developing training tools to enhance clinical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain subject matter expertise for disease states and therapeutic areas.
• Develop and execute training programs with minimal guidance.
• Design and enhance curriculum for the Commercial organization.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical and Regulatory to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage vendors and contract requirements for training content.
• Lead training meetings including planning and logistics management.
