Job summary

Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join remotely. You will be a recognized Oncology professional with design, operational conduct, and global delivery expertise.

You will partner across Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, and Strategic Business Units to optimize awards with compelling operational and technical strategies. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to shape differentiated solutions, support the pre-award process, and enhance Parexel’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Life Science/Clinical Research Organization environment.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical, technical, or operational strategies.
• 5+ years of Oncology expertise with experience in design, operational conduct, and successful global delivery of solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities and craft creative oncology solutions.
• Provide advice to Sponsors and internal teams with credibility for senior audiences.
• Create customer-focused, well-presented proposal content distinguishing Parexel.
• Ensure client responses reflect strategy discussions and convey value proposition.
• Define bid content and support bid pursuit meetings as needed.
• Drive a consultative approach enabling Parexel to develop unique solutions.
• Provide strategic leadership within pre- and post-sales activities and guidance for major accounts.
• Support clients through the pre-award process.
• Maintain knowledge of products and pipelines and monitor industry trends.
• Incorporate market requirements into Product Management and solution development.
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand client objectives.
