Responsibilities include conducting assessments, advocating for patients, and facilitating support groups. This role is available remotely or hybrid from our Nashville or New York City offices.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Social Work, valid state licensing, and several years of experience, particularly in oncology or palliative care settings. A competitive salary of $80,000 is offered along with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Minimum three to five years of social work experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in oncology.
• OSW‑C or APHSW‑C certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients and families.
• Provide advocacy and crisis intervention for patients in need.
• Lead support groups for cancer patients and their families.
