Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted LISW/LCSW license in state of practice.
• OSW-C or APHSW-C certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and counseling to address emotional needs related to cancer.
• Crisis intervention during behavioral health crises.
• Resource linkage to community services for patients and families.
• Care coordination with oncology teams and other providers.
