Thyme Care is seeking a Clinical Social Worker to provide comprehensive psychosocial and emotional support to cancer patients and their families. This role offers a remote or hybrid setup with options in Nashville or New York City, conducting interactions via phone, video, text, or our virtual care platform.

Qualified candidates hold a CSWE-accredited MSW and an active LISW/LCSW license, with OSW-C or APHSW-C preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from CSWE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted social work license (LISW or LCSW).
• OSW-C or APHSW-C certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assessment and counseling for psychosocial needs across cancer care.
• Crisis intervention in behavioral health situations.
• Resource linkage to community and social services.
• Care coordination with oncologists, nurses, and other providers.
• Advocacy with insurers and care teams to access services.
• Education and facilitation of cancer support groups.
