Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of sales experience or 6+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to travel and drive; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth plans to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Educate stakeholders on oncology portfolio and clinical value.
• Collaborate with Oncology Customer Team Leader and district team to build relationships and uncover needs.
• Analyze market trends and multi-channel distribution to optimize opportunities.
• Maintain consistent customer experience across divisions and share learnings.
