Job summary

American Oncology Network AON is seeking an RN Care Manager for remote management of oncology patients. The role involves disease-specific care, symptom monitoring, and proactive calls to address treatment side effects.

The position requires an active RN license, 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in oncology, and CPR certification. OCN preferred; Hawaii coverage hours may apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide disease-specific management and oncology knowledge to patients and families.
• Collaborate with oncologist and clinic staff to coordinate patient care.
• Document assessments and interventions in OncoEMR in real time.
• Triage patient medical issues telephonically and educate patients about care options.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
