Qualifications

• RN nursing degree or diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience; 2 years oncology experience preferred.
• Active RN license in state of employment; CPR certification.
• OCN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with oncologists and clinic staff.
• Triage patient medical issues telephonically and communicate with physicians as needed.
• Document assessments and interventions in the EMR in real time.
• Educate patients and families about care management and services.
